1.1 Data provided by Discord OAuth2

When you authenticate with our Dashboard using Discord OAuth2, we receive from Discord's API the following data:

  • Discord user ID, username, and discriminator
  • Profile avatar hash
  • Email address (only if explicitly granted by your Discord privacy settings)
  • List of servers (guilds) you are a member of

This data is used solely to authenticate you and to display your server list inside the Dashboard. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

1.2 Server configuration data

When server administrators configure Spritz Bot through the Dashboard, we store configuration settings (such as log channel IDs, moderation preferences, welcome messages, and role assignments) in our database. This data is linked to the Discord guild (server) ID and is used exclusively to provide the bot's features.

1.3 Usage and log data

Our servers may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used to maintain the security and performance of our service and is not used to personally identify you.

1.4 Ticket transcript data

When a support ticket is closed on a Discord server using Spritz Bot, the conversation transcript is saved in our database and sent to the user via Discord direct message. The transcript includes: Discord user IDs, usernames, message content, and timestamps of messages exchanged during the ticket. This data is stored to provide a record of support interactions and is protected in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You may request the permanent deletion of your ticket transcript data at any time by opening a ticket on our Discord support server or by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (right of erasure).

1.5 Cookies and tracking technologies

We use session cookies to keep you logged into the Dashboard. These cookies are strictly necessary for the functioning of authenticated areas and are deleted when your session expires or you log out.

In addition, our website uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. Google AdSense uses cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet. These cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.   • Discord Inc. — as required to operate the bot via the Discord API and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Google LLC — as required by Google AdSense to display advertising on our website.
  • Service providers — such as cloud hosting and database providers, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service. Server configuration data is retained until a server administrator requests deletion or the bot is removed from the server. Session data is automatically deleted when your session expires. Ticket transcript data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after ticket closure, unless a deletion request is submitted earlier.

All data is stored on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and protected in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time using one of the following methods:
